Customer Savings Calculator & Equipment Configurator

The DISH.com home page contains many helpful features and interactive tools for our customer base of over 15M subscribers. One of those tools is the DISH Savings Calculator & Equipment Configurator. Both tools will show you what you can potentially save by switching to DISH, and the equipment configurator will make dynamic equipment selections based on desired quantity of receivers, DVR capabilities and current credit levels.

In March of 2019, the Marketing team tasked us with "gamifying" the existing tool to provide a MORE immersive and "human" savings experience for the user. Over the course of a two month span, I designed and architected a new calculation asset which included a dynamic savings slider with real time, competitor savings charting and an incorporated equipment configurator.

The new savings calculator and equipment configurator is slated for production in third quarter of 2020, in correlation with the current DSM redesign effort currently in progress. .
